This week, we're returning to Thea, Fort Greene's Mediterranean-inspired bakery that might just be our new number one obsession in Brooklyn—because honestly, with a menu this incredible, one visit just wasn't enough.

We had to go back and explore more of Chef/Owner Tomer Blechman and Pastry Chef Christina Kavalis's exceptional lineup after our last delivery left us craving everything else on their menu. When a bakery consistently delivers this level of excellence, waiting months to return just isn't an option.
