We taste-test every bakery and pastry and select the best ones based on quality, flavor, texture, and uniqueness. For that reason, you can’t choose the treats you receive each week.

Our treats vary weekly and include a range of baked goods from different bakeries each week. We aim to give you a taste of both the unique and classic flavors available in New York City.

Yes, skip delivery any time by completing the Google Form linked in your welcome email. Just be sure to do it by 11.59 PM on Wednesday (ET).

Deliveries are in the morning on your chosen delivery day. When you sign up, tell us where to leave your box if you’re not home.

We currently deliver to most off Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

We coordinate closely with our bakery partners to ensure treats are prepared and delivered to you on the same day.

Right now, we cannot cater to dietary restrictions. However, you can request to be notified each week if your treats include certain allergens by emailing us at hello@treatdaynyc.com.

If you have dietary restrictions, you're not alone—one of our founders is gluten-free and has personally experienced the challenge of finding bakery items that meet her dietary needs. If you have specific dietary needs you’d like us to cater to in the future, tell us about it here.

If you are not satisfied with any of the treats received, email hello@treatdaynyc.com within 24 hours of delivery. Make sure to include a photo of the treats and explain why you’re unhappy.
