This week, we're thrilled to feature La Bicyclette, Williamsburg's authentic French bakery that's become a neighborhood institution.

La Bicyclette was founded by French baker Flo, who's been passionate about baking since age 6, entered an apprenticeship program at 13, and somehow became a certified head baker by 16 before working in bakeries around the world.

With his decades of experience and authentic French techniques, Flo has created a bakery so beloved that lines wrap around the block every Saturday morning, with locals queuing up as soon as the doors open at 8 AM.

Located on Driggs Avenue in Williamsburg, La Bicyclette operates with distinctly French sensibilities—open Tuesday through Sunday from 8 AM to 1 PM, and when they're sold out, they're sold out.


YOUR BOX INCLUDES:

  • TWICE BAKED CROISSANT ALMOND: A decadent pastry that's fudgy and rich inside while maintaining the flaky, crisp exterior texture of a perfect cake.

  • ROUND HAZELNUT CROISSANT: Filled with a luscious hazelnut cream that's reminiscent of Nutella but with a more refined, less cloying sweetness.


WARMING INSTRUCTIONS*:

  • Microwave: 20-30 seconds on high

  • Oven: 5-10 minutes at 325F on a baking sheet or directly on the oven rack
