This week, we're excited to deliver from Uju Studios, the studio bakery that brought Salt Bread to New York!

YOUR BOX INCLUDES:

Classic Salt Bread

The classic Korean bakery roll with a pillowy, buttery interior wrapped in a crackling crust and sprinkled with coarse sea salt.

Corn Butter Scone

A ridiculously moist corn-based scone topped witih blueberry jam and miso-honey butter.

Black Sesame Mochi (Sharing Box Only)

A soft, sticky, chewy black sesame treat, laced with butter and sprinkled with black sesame seeds.

WARMING INSTRUCTIONS (Salt Bread only):

  • Air Fryer: 2-3 minutes at 325F

  • Oven: 4-5 minutes at 325F directly on the rack or on a baking sheet
