Jul 28 - Aug 3: MIOLIN

Park Slope (Brooklyn)

This week, we're thrilled to feature Miolin Bakery, Park Slope's exceptional French-leaning bakery that's earned recognition as one of the city's top croissant destinations by Conde Nast Traveler, The Infatuation, and The New York Times.

Miolin Bakery was born from a beautiful pandemic love story—when professional baker Claudio Miolin found himself at home during lockdown, he began crafting sourdough loaves and passing them through his first-floor apartment window, trading bread for hand sanitizer, homemade cocktails, and even fresh eggs.

What started as a small side business with Claudio baking and his partner Pamela building their online presence has grown into a beloved neighborhood institution, with the duo delivering across Brooklyn and Manhattan for four years before finally opening their brick-and-mortar location.

Named for baker and owner Claudio Miolin, this sparse but sleek Park Slope bakery has rightfully gained attention for creating croissants that could win a France-based lamination contest—exceptionally airy with buttery layers that taste like the good stuff from Europe, plus an extra-crackly bottom that delivers a satisfying crunch.

YOUR BOX INCLUDES:

  • STRAWBERRY CROISSANT: A perfect croissant that's light, airy, and crisp, filled with sweet housemade strawberry jam that beautifully cuts through the rich butteriness.

CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT CROISSANT: Filled to the brim with rich, creamy Nutella—fantastic as it is and the kind of pastry that will absolutely make someone's day.

KOUIGN AMANN (Sharing Box only): A traditional French pastry from Brittany featuring incredibly buttery laminated dough with a hard caramelized sugar base that delivers the perfect contrast of textures and sweetness.

WARMING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Microwave: 20-30 seconds on high

  • Oven: 5-10 minutes at 325F on a baking sheet or directly on the oven rack

We can’t wait for you to experience Miolin's masterful creations!
