This week, we're featuring Breads Bakery, the NYC institution that recently dropped an epic collaboration with Eleven Madison Park. Since opening in 2013, Breads has basically become the gold standard for babka and rugelach in the city.

What sets Breads apart is their obsession with freshness—they bake multiple times throughout the day instead of just mornings, so you're always getting something that just came out of the oven. They're using premium ingredients like real Nutella in their legendary chocolate babka that New York Magazine voted the best in the city.

The bakery comes from Uri Scheft, a master baker who created a cult following at his spot Lehamim before being convinced to bring his magic to NYC. Their recent plant-based chocolate babka collab with Eleven Madison Park is causing serious buzz and is meant to rival any butter-based version.
