This week, we're thrilled to feature Ceremonia Bakeshop!
Founded by husband-and-wife team Amy and Martty Batista.
Amy is a Vietnamese-American pastry chef from California.
Martty is a Dominican-American born and raised in Williamsburg.
They met while working at the same bakery and built something together.
Two Cultures, One Unforgettable Menu
They opened Ceremonia in July 2019, survived the pandemic, and never looked back.
They've now expanded into the space next door to keep up with demand.
Everything is made and baked fresh in-house. Every single day.
The cinnamon roll is the stuff of legend.
It sells out. Regularly.
A Family-Run Neighborhood Institution
This is menu is shaped by two cultural backgrounds and a whole lot of flavor instinct.
From ube and sesame butter mochi donuts.
To banana chocolate chip crumble loaf and incredible sea salt chocolate chip cookies.
And we didn’t even mention the breakfast burrito!
