This week, we're thrilled to feature Little Cupcake Bakeshop!
Their Brooklyn Blackout Cake was crowned the Best Chocolate Cake in America Food and Wine magazine.
Two types of chocolate icing create the signature "blackout" effect.
It’s made with Dutch-process cocoa from Holland, Belgian chocolate, and Madagascar vanilla beans.
As Seen During the SuperBowl
Their Bay Ridge location was featured in a Liam Neeson Super Bowl commercial for Clash of Clans.
Producers scouted every bakery in NYC and chose Little Cupcake for its homey feel.
The bakeshop has become a New York institution with locations across Brooklyn and Manhattan.
Childhood Memories in Cake Form
The family bakery was founded by three brothers in Brooklyn —Lou, Salvatore, and Massimo LoBuglio.
The Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake cake is inspired by the classic ice cream bar.
Head baker Salvatore ate them every day as a kid and wanted to recreate that nostalgia.
Everything is handmade—no machines, just fresh ingredients from local farms.
