This week, we're thrilled to feature Little Red Kitchen Bakeshop!


Founded by Susan Palmer, a native New Yorker who started baking with her mom as a kid.


Before there was a bakery, there were two back-to-back Brooklyn Cookie Takedown wins in 2011 and 2012.


That's when she knew she had something.


Susan spent a year perfecting her chocolate chip cookie recipe from scratch and launched Little Red Kitchen online in 2014.


After a decade of shipping nationwide, she finally opened her first brick-and-mortar in Park Slope in 2024.

Cookies That Win Awards

Her Molasses Spice Cookie won the 2024 Gold sofi™ Award from the Specialty Food Association — the equivalent of an Oscar for specialty food.


Nearly 2,000 products competed.


Hers won.

The menu spans classic cookies, brookies, deep-dish cookie pies, cinnamon rolls, babka, scones, and soft pretzels.


The Saturday cinnamon rolls have developed a cult following with their dark caramelized bottoms.


This is nostalgic, from-the-heart baking that tastes exactly like it was made in someone's kitchen.
